PDPA Compliant

We comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Personal data collected is used solely for event registration purposes and shared only with the event organizer.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed via ToyyibPay, a licensed payment gateway regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. We do not store any banking or card details.

Fund Disbursement

Registration fees are processed through ToyyibPay (BNM-licensed gateway) and managed by ADCX Lab Hub (SSM: JM1033406-H) as platform operator. Organizer payouts are disbursed within 5 working days after registration closes, per service agreement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policy. Platform fee (RM5) and FPX processing fee (RM1) are non-refundable. Refund requests must be made to the event organizer directly.

Data We Collect

When you register for an event, we collect: Full name, IC number, phone number, email address, t-shirt size, and emergency contact details. This information is:

  • Used solely for event registration and communication
  • Shared with the event organizer for race-day management
  • Not sold or shared with any third party for marketing
  • Retained for 12 months after the event, then deleted
  • Stored securely on AWS infrastructure (encrypted at rest)
